Return Policy

Most unopened items sold by VAYYIP in new condition and returned within 7 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items sold by VAYYIP have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, VAYYIP policy board (refund exceptions), VAYYIP.me or in the item department. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

 Consumable and perishable items (e liquid and replacement coils, pods, disposables): No returns accepted under any circumstances.

Defective disposables can be replaced in store or delivered as part of next order.(Subject to checking the defect by Courier)
